 I’m Charmaine the Registered Manager at Fostering Dimensions. I have been a qualified social worker for 25 years with a range of professional experience in the areas of Social work education and development, frontline Social work, Domestic violence and Fostering.

Responsible Individual
Hi, I am the Responsible individual at Fostering Dimensions. I have quite a wide range of responsibilities which include: Safeguarding, Quality Assurance, Complaints and Concerns; and Business Development. I have been working with the agency since it gained Ofsted approval in 2012. I am not a social worker, however I have worked with children and young people in a paid and voluntary capacity since 1995. I also sit on the board of a large organisation that represents the views of children in the family justice system. I am proud of the work that we do and the difference that we make in the lives of the children for whom we provide foster care. In my spare time I like reading books on Economics, Politics and History. .
